Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Equivalent Experience

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise network systems.
• Strong understanding of layer-2 and layer-3 high-availability protocols.
• Experience working with industry-leading network and security devices such as Cisco, PaloAlto, Juniper, and Extreme.
• Certification with Cisco or PaloAlto will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of SD-WAN technology.
• Experience in automating repetitive tasks using scripting languages.
• Strong knowledge of technology tools used in enterprise IT security management.
• Team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to remain calm and collected in stressful situations, including major service outages.
• Quick learner with the ability to excel in acquiring new skills and technologies.
• Comfortable working in a 24×7 support environment, including night shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly technical team.
• Thrives within an environment that emphasizes teamwork.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
