Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with an experienced team of Windows Architects to maintain the server and application infrastructure, both in the Cloud and on-premises.
• Take primary responsibility for Microsoft Windows-based systems and applications, ensuring their integration with the rest of the infrastructure.
• Provide support, implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems throughout the enterprise, including directory and identity management solutions.
• Resolve assigned cases and change requests promptly and effectively, acting as an escalation point for support issues.
• Lead the deployment and support of automation and cloud-native technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Play a key role in creating and managing enterprise Microsoft Active Directory and Windows services architecture, ensuring global system security and policy configuration.
• Provide top-level support for enterprise-wide initiatives related to core infrastructure technology.
